Traveling Programs

Artists-in-residence at the Denmark Arts Center offer traveling educational programs for students of all ages. Our local and visiting artists work frequently in our local school district (MSAD 72) and provide one time workshops or short term programming to libraries, community centers, dance studios, and more. We pride ourselves on offering programing to students of all ages and abilities.

Local artists offering programs:

– Suzi Linden: painting, prints, puppetry, masks

– Kathy Banks: pottery

– Brotherhood Dance (Ricarrdo Valentine and Orlando Hunter): contemporary dance practices from the African diaspora, building original choreography, Ballet, Hip-Hop

– Hio Ridge Dance (Delaney McDonough and Cookie Harrist): dance improvisation, partnering, modern dance, building original choreography
