Born and raised in Denmark, Maine, Grace Marshall earned her Associates Degree in Liberal Studies with an Arts concentration at Southern Maine Community College in 2023. She received a Certificate of Arts award through Fryeburg Academy, and for her senior capstone project, she wrote, illustrated, and published a children’s book. Since graduating college, Grace has been studying oil painting under her father Jon Allan Marshall and learning the Old Masters’techniques.

New England-based artist Keita Annie Whitten Foster creates vibrant, textured mixed media work whose form is drawn from the robust physical and spiritual experience of life navigating indigenous North American, African Heritage, and Caribbean emergence within a collection of cultural and experiential influences.

A self-taught artist and Maine native welcoming you to experience a voyage back home. Spoken by the carving of colors into shapes, telling an entire tale of detailed, brief and scenic short stories. Including all of the rocky roads, sun rays, storms, and beautiful sunsets involved along the way. Enjoy!
